Update: I went ahead and zipped this BE:SHELL Theme up unzip and copy it to either .kde/share/apps/be.shell/Themes or .kde4/share/apps/be.shell/Themes then right click the desktop and choose it from the theme menu.

Okay so I tweaked the panel a little more than than my last shot i think it is finished. I can release this BE::SHELL theme if anyone wants it. let me know.

I used this wallpaper before but had to use it with this panel it just goes so good with it ;)

OS: Arch Linux
DE: KDE 4.9RC2 with BE::SHELL
