Arch KDE be::shell/bespin Black and Gray

Okay here we have tweaked panels that I borrowed from my friends be:shell theme that you can get from here [link] but tweaked a lot of it to make it look like it does. This look I like alot and may have to stay for more than an hour or so hehe!
