June featuresHello my friends and watchers,
Here's another feature! As you may have noticed I'm not around so much anymore. It's because I've started a job 3 weeks ago, the first 2 weeks I worked 112 hours. So it was basicly coming home from work, prepar for the next day and go to sleep! The last week was tough because I had to work really hard, but only worked 43 hours and I have this weekend off! I'm feeling tired but pleased about it! I've been gathering these works below from my favorites, I really hope you will enjoy viewing them, I know I did!

BRIEF REASONING


I DON'T take requests, usually. Sorry. ;A;
I keep getting notes for them, and like, wow.
It's not just for finnedyrs now, its for dif things now too.

Be::Shell clean install on Arch Linux

Hello,

So I setup a fresh install of Arch Linux today with just the base kde and then be::shell and bespin and man is it fast!!!  And at start-up I'm only using 360MB of RAM  That's pretty awesome on a kde based shell :D I am using wicd and the wicd-curses for my wireles connection trying to keep it specifically qt/kde based (I know wicd has a gtk front end but I'm not using it).

Anyways thought I would share my findings ;)

Any idea on how to install Be::Shell on Kubuntu 21.10? Hopefully with some pre-defined themes?

Ensure you have gcc and deveolpment packages of at least QtGui and kdelibs installed. This was taken from the be::shell wiki, just follow the direction from here [link] and if it errors out it will list the files it needs to complete.

Abou the themes just download ones from me our there a few others that have them as well. That's what I do as soon as I installed kubuntu the first boot I installed be::shell ;)

Thank you very much i appreciate it!

I download and compiled the latest svn of bespin, enabled the kde extras (it just asks do you want to enable these) and it seems to do more than the one i downloaded form the repo :D

Anyway, I will do as you suggested, and check out your Gallery for Be::Shell theme files :D
